So today and many ties before I have chased the icecream man like 10 blocks yelling my head off for friecken icecream. HE NEVER STOPS FOR ME! The same guy is in our nieghbor hood everyday... I just want some icecream... one time I was running and then he looked at me in his mirrior then turned the sirens off and kept driving... is this discrimination? Can I sue him for all he is worth... I think he tries to see how far I will run for ice cream... he has done this alll summer... hes like 20... blah i just want some icecream... {im not a fatty}

ha ha thats pretty funny. watch and when he first arrives go out and see. if he drives away then u know that he is just being mean. if u have a brother or hire a kid to get your icecream for you and bring it to you.

There are some options of whats going on...

He's just a jerk.

He's a fatty and wants it all for himself

He wants to see if you can improve on your running skills

He's an undercover agent and theres really no iceream in it, he's just in disguise

(Similar to undercover) He's spiderman

Or you just always catch him at the end time of his  last route and he dosnt want to stop  and sell icecream again.

So, consider these thouroughly. ^

Now what i would do....

Next time bring a basket of apples, rotten vegetables, or rocks, to um... slow him down a bit.

Hire a motorcycle gang to position at the end of the street

Buy an enormous sombrero to distract him with

Get a jet pack

Get a disguise so he dosn't know its you, and see if he will give you some. I reccomend a mustache.

Stand waiting for him at the part where he leaves, so he has no choice but to bike up (Or whatever those icream things do) right to you.

Tempt him with Mcdonalds Sausage McMuffin.

well i think you need to report him because he can def loose his job for that and i would sue for discrimination

Save yourself money & grief and just buy a box of novelty ice creams from the grocery store.

Oh my gosh, I'm sorry but that was quite funny. That doesn't happen to me. I think the guy is teasing you. It's not discrimination, because he gets paid with the money he makes by selling the ice cream. That's not really something to sue for though. Take your business somewhere else. You might be able to call the company and report the man. Say he goes through your neighborhood to identify his route for them. Also, you can wait right in the road about the time he comes by, because if it's a neighborhood you should be okay, just watch for a car- and he will drive up to you because he has to and shout right there to stop.
