Maybe it depends on what you have been asking. Are they being posted in the correct forum? Who really knows. If they are valid questions than I'm sorry they keep getting deleted.

it happened because your question was not answered in 48 hours of you making it it has happened to me also

only if you ask a stupid or raciest or to sexual questions.

If they are not actually questions where you are trying to gain information, like asking something pointless like "what are you doing right now", it is considering chatting and would be removed.
