  1. no sorry..hope it gets feeling better :)

  2. Possibly. I've read that carpel tunnel is a symptom of pregnancy but I'm not sure....

  3. It is fairly common during pregnancy, although I'm not so sure if it's as common this early in your pregnancy.

Your body retains fluids more since you're growing a baby, and the carpal tunnel in your wrist can also retain these excess fluids. As a result, nerves in the carpal tunnel can get pinched or over crowded, and causes pain, numbness, and tingling. Anyway, it's basically carpal tunnel because you're pregnant.

Try wearing a brace when you can, especially when you're sleeping. I have one that I have to wear occasionally because of the same thing.

I know you'll hear this a lot too, but don't be afraid to ask your doctor, especially if it's getting too painful. Chances are they'll just tell you to wear a brace though.

Have fun, it only gets better in the next 8 months! :)

EDIT: I misunderstood I thought you were a month pregnant not in pain for a month! I don't think it's ever too early to start feeling the pregnancy misery... :) Mine started acting up worse right around 4 months, but the brace really helped a lot.

    BTW Congrats on your baby!
