  1. Well, The Only Way To Find Out Is By Checking How Many Calories Your Eating.

Heres A Site That Tells The Calories For Each Food Product.

You Shouldnt be Eating Over 1200 - 1300 To Burn Fat.

    Good Luck. Happy Hunting =)

  2. break fast change from eggs to cereals. where is calcium source?

also breakfast too late, should be before 9:00

gum? for breakfast? try sugar free candy or sugar free gummies

Lunch vitamins, minerals , proteins not enough!

also for your age this diet is not so appropriate, first of all it is too unrealistic you will not be able to continue this for long time

Instead of Diet I would concentrate more on excercise routine at your age, toning, light weight lifting along with stretching and of course the cardio for 30-45 mins.

    Eat healthy, but not little.

THE DIET YOU MENTIONED ABOVE IS NOT RECOMMENDED BY ME FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS. THE DIET SERIOUSLY LACKS NUTRIENTS

    PLEASE GO TO A NUTRITIONIST.

  3. Good, but you need a bigger lunch. So far this is only 400-450 calories and to be healthy you need at least 1,500 every day.

For lunch you should have a healthy vegetable sandwich with a lean meat like turkey or roast beef, or anything else healthy but a bit more dense.
