ok so this is my scheldue for today i'm 5'4/120 pounds/and 14 years old:Breakfast 10:151 egg/ one piece of toast on honey wheat bread by Nature's Own with a tsp of butter/ and 2 pieces of bacon. Drank one full glass of water and to finish with a piece of sugar free gum that has 2 carbs.Snack 12:15One piece of string cheese ( low fat) and one organic apple with the peeling/ drank one full glass of water after i finished with a piece of sugar free gum that has 2 carbs.Lunch 2:152 pieces of bacon wrapped up with a big piece of romaine lettuce.Will drink one full glass of water.How does this sound so far?
