Question:

Does this help to do away with the "double standard" ?

I just asked, "Is it more difficult to be a stud or a s**t?"

Now, after viewing those answers from a global social census (i'm sure no one is surprised at the results), how can anyone ever again suggest that there is a double standard about promiscuity, and that women are unfairly treated with the respective definitions of "s**t/stud" ?

What else would you need to see, tell me before I move on to something else.

  1. I don't know quite what to say, as I don't see double standards all that often. A girl here had a five-man train run on her, and she was called a s**t. Every guy in the train was also called a s**t. They're all pissed at themselves. I was asked by one "I'm sorry I did something ****** up, are you still my friend?" The girls interested in those guys lost interest. Guys lost interest in the train recipient...

I think basically everyone with functioning sexual organs who isn't married is a suspected s**t until proven otherwise... in the Army, anyhow. Also, some of the married soldiers are indeed s***s, as well.

Occasionally a guy WILL get a high five for promiscuity... but so do the girls.

    I think we're oversexed as a culture.

  2. One of my friends wrote a paper last year about how this double standard was largely a media myth. Frankly, I've never seen anyone I know call a man-w***e anything but a man-w***e.

  3. I really don't think this double standard exists anymore, the only time I hear about it is when I'm on here, and everybody knows that feminists are always on the look out for windmills to tilt.

If anything, the "player" is more demonised that the "liberated woman".

  4. this appears to be the biggest concern of modern feminists :-)

i.e the right to sleep around but not get called s***s.

if you don't want people to know you're a s**t, don't tell them

    simple

  5. No, it surely does not.

    It actually underscores it.

  6. WTF that's so stupid, why do men even care if women sleep around, i thought that's what they wanted? otherwise why do they call women who don't have s*x "frigid?".

  7. Yes, it does, as there is no double standard.

This exists solely in the minds of modern Feminists.

  8. there is DEFINATELY a double standard what they all just said is that it is easier to become a s**t... because i s***w 3 guys and I'm a w***e but a guy has to s***w every piece of *** that walks in front of him before he is considered promiscuous... it should be even... if a guy goes home with a different woman every night he should get the same labels as a woman or vice versa
