Question:

Does this look good?...do I need to add any extra weight?

I have been exercising for about 2 years now, and I was wondering if all my hard work was making ANY difference, so I´ll let you decide.

I am 14 years old, I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, ( I have no girlfriend), and I weight 122 pounds.

  4. Hmmm.... Depends on what your going for... if your going for a swimmer's body... then ok... if your going for a football or muscle body, then you need more ab work and less fat mass...

    I'd say that if your doing this for a girl,  there is a better way to do it... like spend more time on the girls you like. I have a feeling that what your doing isn't haveing as much of an effect as you'd like...

  10. I think you look fine. I f you're trying to get a girlfriend, maybe try lifting some weights to get a little more definition but I don't think you look too skinny if that's what you mean. P.S. there are too many old man pervs on the web, I would be making this pic so public!

    You muscles will increase as you get older, you've probably got another good 10 years of growth left yet, keep up your good habits you are going to have a great body as a young man!!

    As for the girlfriend thing, don't get hung up on it, wait for the right one who comes along. Women are more interested in a great personality and someone who has things in common with them, then comes looks!!

  13. Indeed, you really shoudn't start working out until around 16. You can mess up your growing process and muscles.

  14. If you do too much working out at your age you'll probably stunt your growth. You should have looked into this before you started.
