Does this look like a Ebay scam ?

Ebay I want to buy a Game Card.

The Game card help me get points in my game so I can become stronger by typing in the pin on my account. But these cards are not in my country. So I want to buy it on Ebay.com.

Do you think those people use the pin already and try to sell it on ebay to scam people?

They probably send you the card itself and there is probably a scratch off that only you will have scratched off. Look at their feedback though and see what others say. Maybe someone else bought a game card from them. If they have a lot of negative feedback, don't buy it.
