  1. No, it doesn't.  The screen is too square, not wide like the iPhone.  That looks like one of those cheap fakes you get on eBay from Japanese sellers.

  6. ask the seller for a more detailed photo of the whole phone, front to back, and ask him to charge it and turn it on and send you a video of it. if he refuses to do 1 or all of these things, dont buy from him. buy it straight from apple. and maybe you can sue this person for fraud if hes faking. good luck! and i hope its real for your sake!

  7. I am 100% sure it's not because the form factor is smaller. The screen looks super small. I have also never seen iPhone wrapiing like that. It's  a clone. ITS NOT EVEN A PHONE! ITS A PMP (mp4 chinese knockoff)
