Does this mean I'm having twins??? or?

K. About 2 months ago I had a dream that there was 2 of everything. Execpt my dog who handed me one of several fish. In my dream there were 2 baby showers, 2 sets of friends and family 2 buildings. I woke up. Shook it off. About a month 1/2 later I found out I was pregnant. Now, I am wondering if I am having twins. The weird part about this. Is my babys father told me I was having twins, without me telling him anything about my dream or twins. I just want to know your opinions on this.
