  1. Don't know what website you were looking at:

    I just visited their website:

Vanilla Ice Milk: Modified milk ingredients, sugar, glucose, soy mono and diglycerides, guar gum, dextrose, artificial

    vanilla flavour, carrageenan, cellulose gum.

From your ingredient list... why would their ice-cream have flour? caramel colour?  Or a leavening agent?  or annato?  You have ingredients listed from another product, a bakery product.  But, that list, is or could be vegan.

  2. i didnt even read those ingredients so i am taking your word

but i am not reccomending you eat from mcdonalds because they use lots of fat from animals and some of which probly is very close to there icecream

  3. No, not at all vegan.  But your ingredient list is for the cone only, and even IT is not vegan. First, many of the ingredients are derived from animal sources, such as the thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and other "vitamins".  Second, white sugar is processed through "char" which means ground animal bones, and "annatto and caramel color both contain ground insect ingredients (google "carmine") Anything that is listed as "artificial" or "natural" flavors or colors often comes from animal sources. Further, most soybean ingredients come from genetically modified soy, which contains all manner of creepy stuff, much of it from animals and insect DNA.  Most important though, if you buy anything from McDonalds, you are supporting a company that is notorious for being extremely cruel to the way they farm their animals for food.

  4. Hahahaha!! Is that the whole list of ingredients?

  5. This is wrong. The ingredients listed above are just for the CONE. The cone is vegan, the ice cream is not.

  6. I'm not sure sounds like.go to the peta website. there is a link i know that will list fast food and other store items that are vegan. you will be surprised how much really is vegan.

  7. Sounds like it to me. But what do I know, I am a carnivore!

  8. If you are a vegan then what the h**l are you going to McDonalds for? Seriously Man get real!*

  9. Yes, it's ice milk. No milk or dairy involved at all, don't be fooled by the name. They use it because dairy products are dangerous due to food borne illnesses, it is safer for them to use ice milk. It also has almost no fat, good stuff!

  10. These are the ingredients I find on McDonald's website:

    Vanilla Reduced Fat Ice Cream:

Milk, sugar, cream, nonfat milk solids, corn syrup solids, mono- and diglycerides, guar gum, dextrose, sodium citrate, artificial vanilla flavor, sodium phosphate, carrageenan, disodium phosphate, cellulose gum, vitamin A palmitate. CONTAINS: MILK

    Decidedly NOT vegan.

The ingredients you posted are for the *cone* not the ice cream.
