This is a quotation from Twelth night. It came from the clown Fabian :

  1. It's "religious in it".  Not "init".  Fabian means that he's hiding behind his religion.  The play has cowardice as a main theme - see the link for a scene-by-scene summary of the play.

    Shakespeare was in fact poor by birth and both his parents were illiterate (couldn't read or write).  I don't know what qualifies someone to be a chav, but illiterate parents might do it.
