Does this mean he wants to break up?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 8 months. In the beginning we did not see each other everyday. However, once school finished we started seeing each other everyday. He just told me now that we've been seeing each other everyday we are at each others throats. He says that it is because we are together too much, and maybe not seeing each other everyday is a healthy thing to do for us. Does this mean he does not love me anymore or he dosent want to be with me? Or is he right?

i think he's trying to not fight with you.. because he wants to stay with you
