  1. The average fat content for women is 21 to 26%. It's always been higher for women because of women being able to bear children. You're at the lower range, plus, you have youth on your side. If you start a good diet and fitness routine now and do it for life, you'll always look and feel good. Just a slight reduction to 18% and you notice a dramatic difference. It's not an easy task even to do that slight reduction. With a good diet and workout routine it would take about 3 months to get into that range. Take your time, you have lots of it...get started...it will work..

  2. You are not overweight by far, so losing weight will only make things worse. And a 21% body fat percentage is completely normal for a woman.

  3. Though you are not over weight you must look after your self, In few days you will be overweight for sure if you cant control you weight.

  4. You could exercise to tone, but your weight is fine.

  5. you are fine, relax and be proud of your slim body.

  6. ur finr for ur age and height and weight.... howeverm if u want you can do toning exercises to get cut in the places you want....

  7. Try not to fret about statistics like these; you know, the weight-height ratio, % body fat, waist inches. Numbers are numbers - only you can say whether you are really happy with your body.

That being said, too much body fat can impact on health - high % body fat, especially around the middle, is linked with diabetes and heart disease.

So, how to reduce body fat? Lot's of exercise and a little less food. Avoid high fat products like chips and cookies - opt instead for low-cal fruit and vegetables. Blend them in smoothies to make them more yummy.

Very important: don't ban the carbs!
