Does this mean they blocked my number!?

if you text someone and its cinguar and a text sends back saying "your message was unable to be delivered becuase the destination subscraber has no credit" does that mean i am blocked?

no i have tmobile and sometimes i get that it just means you have to wait a little while for the server but if it keeps on happening then maybe or the number is unavailable but again my phone does that on and off.

either that they blocked texting, blocked you, or the number doesnt exist.

It sounds more like the person you're sending it to is out of credit (needs to put a refill on their phone) to me.
