Does this or HAS this ever happened at your high school?

Question

When I was in high school, I sat with the so-called 'nerds' at lunch.

The self-proclaimed 'POPULAR KIDS' would send a friend of theirs over to the 'nerd' table to pester us.

The chosen 'popular kid' would start talking to the 'nerds' and briefly pretend to be their 'friend', while looking back at his 'popular friends' the whole time and snickering as if saying "CHECK THIS OUT! I'm talking to a LOSER!"

Then they would run back to the 'popular kids' and start saying things like "MAN DID YOU SEE THAT!?? I WAS TALKING TO THE LOSERS! THAT'S F******* hilarious! HAHAHA"

This happened EVERYDAY at my high school.

Did this ever happen at your high school? (or something similar)?

Yea

I sit with the "nerds/emos/drama freaks (opinion of COOL people) and cool people we come over and grab a kid from our table and invite her or him to sit with them and then when she or he sat down they would start throwing food at them or if it was a girl grabbing there breast or if a guy asking for drugs. It was sad so when I got invited (i was in 8 and clueless) i was like OK OK!!!!! and then one of the guy grabbed my breast and I told the Principe and he was expledded.

LOL thats the funniest $h!t ever. But at my high school we don't have things like nerds, populars kids or any of that. wait a sec we do have preppy people and the emo's but everyone is friends so its cool seriously

Something like that happens at my school, but more vicious. The popular girls will befriend a so-called 'nerdy' girl. They compliment her and walk with her to classes and take her to sit with them and hang out with them and be really nice to her. The nerdy girl is sort of swept up in all of it, and she kind of ditches her friends to hang with the popular girls. The whole time, they're nice to her, but also sort of mean, complimenting her in these cruel ways or telling her to lose weight or something.

Then they ditch her after a week or so, generally in some very mean way. The nerdy girl joins them at lunch like she's used to doing, and they're all like "omg, wtf are YOU doing here? get away, loser." As she walks away, they talk really loudly about what a loser she is and say stuff like "she's such a freak, why was i ever friends with her?" and make up rumors about her.

And the nerdy girl has to rejoin her old friends and hope that they accept her back. And for a few weeks the school is obsessed with the rumors about her. This happened to a close friend of mine, and the rumors about her were that she gave a b**wjob to her brother. It was so mean. But then everyone forgot and the popular girls chose a new nerdy girl. It's horrible. :(

Yeah.

I'm a popular person (not stuck up I'm known for SGA). And I've been pressured into doing that. But since I'm a smart person I didnt because Im not a fake nor do I want play with peoples emotions. Turns out the nerds my "friends" would make fun of turned out to work and do womens breast cancer research while the populars are hookers/ Mcdonald workers.

OMG, it happened so much and I am pretty much a nerd (not too nerdy).  I just hate when popular people just came here to talk to us and made fun of us.  Really sickening and makes me want to punch in their faces that they have no right to judge us.

OMG yes! lol i hang with average people but i'm considered "popular" (along with 1 of my other friends) so anyways i hang with all black people and 1 irish girl (I'm not racist. i happen to be mixed) so they would send this "popular" guy over to talk to the irish girl. he would ask her out and stuff and their whole table would just be laughing. i would laugh too because i knew they were only joking but now that i look back, i feel bad for her because she was turning all red and took them serious

I am always with my so-called NERDS by the POPULAR ones.

And then, they're like asking for food and money and then,  they ask my friends to do their homework. That's funny but really pathetic.

yes, and its really sad. Its my last year in high school and I don't have the time or patience for that kind of stupid drama, usually I follow up with "I see you've set aside this special time to humiliate yourself in public." and we all applaud and they end up turning really red and walking away quickly. Or there is the stand bye of "I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce" and the whole side of the lunch room erupts in laughter and they end up looking like a complete *** hole.

Try the following: take a your whole group of friends and sit down right next to them and annoy the h**l out of them by talking to them hehe....worked for me
