I think it looks good, but instead of the blue skirt wear some blue skinny jeans. And look even better, and you would be more comfortable! :)

Pull the leggings up to below your knees and those shoes look bad honestly kinda an oold/used look and it looks weird with the outfit cuz it looks new

Either wear all black flats or try to finds flats in blue (the color of the skirt) or any color of the zebra

OR just loose the leggings((IT WOULD LOOK ALOT BETTER))and wear black flats

I wouldn't wear the leggings because it is a little too much black for me. I  don't really like the outfit but I think it looks good on you. If you want something similar I can show you something Not as loud =)
