they disagreed on everything while they battled each other for the longest...at the drop of a dime!!..now they hug each other,raise their arms high in the air together, agree on everything...what gives! ?

That's called politics. I find it absolutely amazing that now it appears that they both think the other is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I watched their speech today from Unity, NH. And honestly, I wanted to hurl. As you said, for the last year each has said the other is this or that, and not the best person for the job. Insult after insult. Now? It appears that they're in love or something. It's just Hillary wanting the VP nod and Obama knowing that he doesn't have a chance without her on the ticket.

They are attempting to reunite the Democratic party. They know that in order to win the election they must present a united front. And I don't know where you get your news but I didn't see them disagreeing on everything.

The reason for that is; one of the democratic party is the nominee, adults

know that it's about Politics! and there's no

reason not to Unite, at this late stage the

next best thing to do is to support the Nom-

inee for President, it's the voters that nomin-

ate, it is out of Hilliary and Barack's hands

and the most they can do is support the

Democratic party together.

They didn't "disagree on everything".  They were competing for the nomination.  Did you expect a love fest? Their platforms were virtually identical.

It proves they are American politicians, nothing more and nothing less.

They are no different than Romney, who accused McCain of "flunking Reagan 101" and not being a true Republican.  Then he grovels to become the VP.

It's just politic's, wouldn't it seem funny if each candidate were praising the other while running their own campaign. But that's over now - so they move on.
