  1. My guess is that they will ignore the scientific implications and just go for the "but to make life took a person to create it, so there must be a creator"  position.

It is like when they find a transitory fossil.  The fundies just say it is a different species and demand to see the transitory fossils on both sides.   The only way to make them happy is to have a continuous chain of parent-offspring fossils.   For abiogenesis they want to see it happen in the oceans right before their eyes.

They are strong in their ignorance.

  2. Certainly proves one thing.

It takes intelligence to do it.

Simon t - and what exactly are the scientific implications that have anything at all to do with whether there was a Creator or not?

  3. It doesn't prove it but it does support it by showing a variety of cell structures could have easily been created in nature.

  4. No, It proves that science don't know anything about the origin of life. For thousands of years science has been trying to prove there is no God, & to this day they are still trying to prove it, So if they know so much then why is it taking thousands of yrs. When I can prove God in One minute.

  5. It's not ironclad but it is another piece in the pile.  I suspect that there is quite a bit that we yet need to learn about the origins of life.

  6. Very interesting article.  Thanks for the link.

  7. Not at all, this is cell manipulation.

  8. No. I believe in the Bible record

  9. Isn't Science amazing with all the new discoveries coming out. Beats reading a stagnant 2000 year old book.
