You do not have the right to call it nonsense if you haven't taken the time to investigate these claims for yourself.  Ever work with ICE?  No?  Then your opinion on the topic carries little or no weight.  What Obama says is true, and the cases of endless detention are there for those who can be bothered to look.  I note that you completely fail to deal with the factual allegations he makes.

Instead of engaging in meaningful debate, you instead turn to meaningless name-calling.  This is not how adults speak to one another.

We must enforce the law.  But we must enforce the law humanely.  Being humane is not the same thing as "playing on peoples' emotions."  We must absolutely bring out emotions into play when we decide what we as a society can and cannot accept.
