I'm delighted to assist you with your Refund Request. We hope that you

found our service useful and enjoyable even for a short period of time.

Upon reviewing your account, our records show that you indeed cancelled

your subscription within the free trial period. However, please

understand that canceling your subscription alone, even though it is

within the free trial period, will not automatically refund the charge

on your card.

If we have received the request for cancellation during that time, we

could have refunded the full amount incurred.

Moreover, I found that you subscription has ended on 05/31/2007. We

regret to inform you that since the Cancellation period has passed and

your subscription has ended, our system can no longer issue a refund to

your card.

  1. ummmm.....what?

did they ever actually charge you for anything? perhaps you should go back in your records and see if your subscription has any info as to when the cancellation period ended and other terms of service. good luck with that!
