Does this ruin this person's credit report?

If a person pays rent after da due like da 1st of every month but pays w/in da grace pd. of 10 days. is this pay? im guessing yes but da landlord won't take legal actions cuz da person paid w/in da grace pd. im guessin da person needs 2 pay rent on time or early?

  1. depends on wither or not landlord reports it.


  2. as long as the person pays rent in the grace period it won't ruin their credit.  If the landlord takes action against the person for failing to pay their rent then it will ruin their credit.

  3. If there is a legal grace period set up between the tenant and landlord then no, it will not mess up ones credit report.

  4. As long as the person pays within the grace period, they can not turn over to collections. The landlord more than likely just wants his money on the first of the month... instead of waiting for the grace period to expire.
