I'm writing a person essay, I wanna ask if this sentence make sense, if it doesn't, how should I rephrase it

If I was to describe myself, I would say that I’m someone who is humble for improvement, someone who loves throwing challenges into life.

  2. Wrong. Change "was" (from: If I was) to the word "were". Then it will become a beautiful sentence!  ;-)

  3. It makes sense but a little wordy, imprecise and convoluted.

    If I were to define myself, I'd say that I humbly welcome improvements and loves taking risks.

  4. Humble is not a great word to use. have you looked it up in the dictionary? use words that empower your-self.

    I seek improvement by recognizing challenging opportunities that enable my growth as a person.

    Life is about being content in the inside - happiness comes in bursts - being content breeds interest without being humble or boastful.
