Does this shirt really look like Michael Phelps?

I was on this website for Phelps merchandise ( http://stores.xpapparel.com/phelps/product_info.php?products_id=2721&osCsid=41939553645aea6a918865fc7a7b44cc ) and was wondering if anyone had gotten the shirt?

It does really seem to look like Michael Phelps very much in the picture...but does it in person?

if you stare at it for a little bit, it does. I think it just looks funky because of the effect that they used on his face...
