Carrot juice is standard, because it's high in vitamins and just adds sweetness to tart fruits and berries, but doesn't make it sickeningly sweet. It doesn't seem like carrot juice, or any fruit juice, would mix with the other ingredients. I think milk would work better.

Chocolate carrot juice? Not for my stomach thank you. No amount of bananas can fix that one!
