Question:

Does this sound FATTENING? About how many CALORIES does this sound like? ?

1 medium smallish slice of homemade pizza with mushrooms, tomatos, pine nuts, grilled chicken, and pesto sauce on it + 3 apple slices dipped in caramel sauce.

Can't be over 500 right? I'm guessing about 300. 350 at the most? I have no idea because my mom made it.

Well the fact that it was home-made is better than dominoes lol much healthier!  but it is probably a little more than 500, roughly, particularly with the caramel apple stuff, that'll push you about 80 to 100 calories each slice!!! your lunch sounds lovely and your estimate for the cereal, provided it was unsweetened such a s branflakes, is probably about right.

    You could add a piece of fruit to your breakfast to make it healthier, and make you fullier.  Just out of interest, did you put cheese on the pizza? try making it without, you hardly notice it if you pile it with peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc!

  3. Depending on whether or not that pizza slice has cheese, its probably like 300-350, with cheese its like 600.  Just make sure on the sandwiches you put the actual serving size of peanut butter, its alot less than you think or else thats tons of extra cals.

  4. You answered a previous question and said you were 5'3" and weigh 86 pounds. You are way to obsessed with your weight and counting calories. PLEASE see a counselor and talk about this.

Considering that the pizza has cheese, chicken and pesto, that already jacks up the calories.  But it is all healthy and your body wont even recognize the food you eat tonight because your body has already gotten use to you not eating that kind of food so your body is going to burn more calories trying to get rid of it:]  So in a way you did yourself some good and you had a yummy dinner.  I am guessing that that slice of pizza was around 400 to 500 but no more then that.

    The apples and carmel was a great dessert, you are very healthy for your age.  The dessert was about 300 I am guessing.

    Dont worry, we are all aloud to have treats, if we didn't allow ourselves to have treats, we would go crazy and then one day just pig out until we are sick, I have done it many times and I never want to do it again.

    Running is so good, I am glad you run.  So if you run then what you ate wont even matter, you will work it all off.  So no need to worry, you are perfectly fine love:]
