ok so heres the question...

Where does this conflict occur in the plot? Is the conflict internal or external? How does it affect the deeper meaning of the story?"

And this is what I wrote...

Piggy vs. Jack is a big conflict. Piggy is intelligent and despite his appearance he has very creative ideas. Jack on the other hand is savage and despises Piggy because of the way he looks. Piggy is a boy who bullies like Jack love to pick on. He is overweight, has asthma, and wears glasses. Piggys glasses represent civilization and when Jack steals his glasses he is acting savage.

This conflict occurs right through the book from chapter one up to Piggy's death. This conflict is external. A kind boy, Piggy is in battle against evil Jack and this plays a large role in the plot.

The deeper meaning of the story is that evil will always be part of mans nature. Golding’s explanation of human nature and his conclusion which is that men are evil, and also when the rules of civilization and society are gone, the true nature comes out. Piggy represents civilization, intelligence, and his death symbolizes the loss of everything on the island.

do u think I answered the question okay? thank you all so so much :)
