Question:

Does this sound good....or unhealthy for my body.?

Im 5'8 and i weigh 128.

Im 14 also.

Im trying to b like 120....or 115.

Right now i eat alright....and dont work out that much.

Im going to eat this everyday untill im super slim.

Morning: one egg...and water

Lunch: fruit and viggies....and water.

Dinner: Soup with a bunch of veggies and water.

And for Desert i will have ice cubes.

Does that sound good ?

Oh and also i'll work out 2 hours daily at the gym.

My doctor told me not to loose any weigh....she said im already a little under what i should weight.

But i still wanna loose weight.

  1. Not enough calories.

    I'm sorry but what is with people on this site?

    They never understand that under 1000 calories is extremely unhealthy.

    EAT MORE!

Why do you want to be skinny just so you know 90% of guys hate skinny girls and you being at 128 and being 5'8 your already skinny what the h**l do you want to look like a skeleton I am 5'2 and weigh 125 and I am small  get a grip and please don't do that to your self you will horrifying your not a little girl anymore

  5. ice cubes tell me two things:

    one, your a moron, cuz u dont want calories

    two, you dont relise that chewing ice will damage your teeth, puting microcracks in them, so youl look skinny but have nasty teeth within 5-10 years

  6. well i weigh 142 punds and am 5"9 i feel great i can run long distances and still am ok it isnt how much you weigh it is how good of shape that weight is im 18 so if you wish to weight loss  that plan sounds good but no joke you are way to skinny already

  7. Unhealthy If you want to lose weight you eat normal and work out more. Also bone skinny isn't healthy I am the same way you are only I way 150 and want to way 120. Its not easy but stick with the working out and  eating normal that is not a healthy diet that is like starving yourself.

  9. Please, for your own good, do not starve yourself! :( Even if you do lose weight, you will eventually just gain it back. Honestly, even if it takes a few months...you'll gain it back. It's also very unhealthy for your body to eat the way you mentioned. You would not be getting enough of your nutritional needs and you would have lack of protein and iron, which can lead to a disease called anemia...(I almost got anemia when I wasn't eating enough). You're already at a healthy/thin weight, but you CAN definitely try to lose weight in healthier ways by eating healthier, not less, and some exercise! Well, I can't get out everything I wanted to say to you because I really have to go now, but please don't starve yourself.
