Im 5'8 and i weigh 128.Im 14 also.Im trying to b like 120....or 115.Right now i eat alright....and dont work out that much.Im going to eat this everyday untill im super slim.Morning: one egg...and waterLunch: fruit and viggies....and water.Dinner: Soup with a bunch of veggies and water.And for Desert i will have ice cubes.Does that sound good ?Oh and also i'll work out 2 hours daily at the gym.My doctor told me not to loose any weigh....she said im already a little under what i should weight.But i still wanna loose weight.
