  1. I'd get it. I'd think ti would look cool, and don't let other people judge you. Do what you want, and nobody else can tell you differently.

  2. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks   you get a tattoo for yourself not anyones else.So if u like it get it.

  3. I personally wouldn't get it. But.. if it means something special to you then go for it. It sounds a little weird, but in a good way because it's unusual and I have never met a person with the alpha bet on them.

To answer your question, it does seem a little crazy but not dumb..

  4. i think its a cool idea. maybe you could get it written backways, so when you see it in the mirror you can read it. it will look great.

  5. idk....the only reason i would need that is to learn my alphabet......or just incase i forget it! = )

i does seem a little silly...........you could express how you love to write with just a simple but powerful saying

  6. That actually sounds like a good idea!!!! It's not dumb because there is a story behind it. Sometimes people have tattoos that others might think are in fact stupid but only the person with the tattoo knows what it means. :) I think you should get it!

  7. I heard one time that, before getting a tattoo, you should go to a good tattoo artist and have them draw up the design you want, and then post it on your mirror at home for a year. As you look more and more at it, you will see what you like and what you want to change. If you still want it after a year, get it!

As for the alphabet idea, I think it could work, as long as it's what YOU want.

  8. It sounds very silly to me but if you think its deep go for it. You shouldn't care what others think since it has personal meaning to you. But ask yourself do you want to be in your 70s with the alphabet on your chest.

  9. how old are you? well it doesnt matter what other ppl think, but you have to remember that they can prevent you from getting jobs, if they're visable to others. I would wait on it for a few months and see how you feel about it later. I was 19 when I got my first tattoo, i dont regret it but now i cant wear skirts to job interviews. But i always wanted a butterfly after all those years, so I got one.

  10. No tattoo is silly if it means something to you. If you ask me, it is a unique idea; I would have never thought about it and that's another great reason you should get it.

  11. i think it sounds kind of neat.

if you want that you should get it!

    (:

  12. Tattoos are works of art that can be used as a vehicle to display your unique sense of individuality to the world. For instance, if you are into the "undead scene" others will be able to identify you by the ghostly spirit tattooed on your arm. If you are an art lover, an Andy Warhol or Leonardo Da Vinci inspired tattoo will deliver the message to others. The tattoo can also give others some idea of your occupation.

One should decide carefully where they want it as otherwise they end up paying a fortune to have it laser removed. Also, different locations mean different things like there is a theory that getting a tattoo on the lower back helps open up the base chakra and enhances the life force.

You could also find info on various sites. They usually include a beginner's guide to getting a tattoo and cover some of the most common concerns and questions when getting a tattoo.

This one is good too -

All said, you may also ask professional tattoo artists (when you go for one) for they have the best ideas and suggestions.

  13. who cares what others think its not for them its for you if you want it get it

  14. im sorry to me it sounds dumb....

  15. Whoa,

    That would be gnarly.

    =]

  16. actually it doesn't it sounds pretty intresting and different and i bet it'll be even better when you actually get it done it already sounds good!!

  17. Don't listen to others.

You have a look for a good font, you can make it into something pretty impressive and original.

Go to a decent tattooist and he'll perhaps add some inspiration, but yeah go for it, it'd be pretty different.

    Good luck and god bless.

    - Ben.

  18. yes.. ur goin to regret that tatoo later in life...

  19. weLL.....

since  i have a love for letters, words, etc and so i'd just think it was quite an ingenious idea even without knowing the story behind it. (i'm actually studying to be an elementary school teacher and think it'd be cool for someone going into my profession! hehe.)

tattoos are so intensely personal that i think if they're well thought-out and done by a good, professional hand that it'll be something you'll never regret.

just make sure you fully explore your options both art wise (try actual fonts or maybe even replicating your own handwriting...?) and artist wise (word of mouth can be really valuable if you like what you see on someone... also, as you prolly already know "good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good" is a popular ink adage for a reason, hehe).

    soOo....

once you find something you like, why not have someone (or maybe even the tattooist you've chosen after some discussion with them) draw the image on you with some sort of semi-permanent, non toxic ink (i dunno where sharpie stands here, but i and some friends have done this before, sooo... hehe) and test it out for a few months to see if you'll love it forever...?

you might just realize that it's exactly

what you want (or don't hehe).....!

    good lucK.

    <3

ps- oh, and there will always be haters, so don't mind them.... if they don't "get it" then they prolly don't get you.... and you prolly wouldn't want them in your life anyway, right? hehe

  20. I think it's a really neat idea. It may seem silly to someone who doesn't know the story, but who cares? If they don't know your story they're in no place to judge you!
