Does this sound like a good money making idea?

And help or advice would be great.

I plan on buying a few sketch books (let's say 3) from a local Wal-Greens, also colored pencils,maybe some ink pen's. I'll fill in the sketch book's will all types of drawings.

Now with the help of my friend, J, we'll go to public places, malls, park's, wal-marts, things like that. We'll go up to people and ask if thy would like to buy a picture for $1, maybe $2 for a colored one. We'll let them go through the pictures in all of the sketch books until they choose whichever one they like. They buy, I get money.

I'll also give some money to J for helping out. Now I'll do this a few times. Buy more sketch books, more drawings, more money, etc. until i have enough to open a bank account.

MAYBE after that I start doing online surveys and such. Maybe babysitting etc. Just odd jobs or things I can do for small fee's.

And maybe I ALSO wanna start a comic, (how would I do that anyway?).

Does this sound like a good plan?

Sounds good.. that is .. if you are a good drawer.. you could even try ebay.. also here is a good survey site I've found.. seems better than the rest I've tried.. http://tryvindale.com/VTGa6WkDR although it might be best if you are 18 or older when applying because alot of the stuff seems like it would be more of what an adult would be using..

sorta like insurance surveys or check your credit report or something..

Let me tell you..... many millionaires are made by one little idea...  and many people have great ideas but don't act on them...  and make nothing.

You have a good idea... so run with it.  What can it hurt?   Besides that... one idea leads to another.  You seem to be resourceful and that is a talent that not everyone has.

I think you should try your idea... and don't give up until you have given it at least 2 months... as there are good days and bad days for everyone that is in business.  

If you want to author a comic book... get one of those sketchbooks and work on it.  You have an idea???  What do you think about the woman who authored the Harry Potter Books... the richest woman in the world today...

She was living out of her car and writing the story on paper napkins because she had no money...  and from there... well you know the rest of that story.

Can you do it?  I think so... the most important answer to that question is, however.... Do you think so?

Try internet marketing... it's much faster way to raise money and you don't have to do redundant surveys for lousy pay.

yeah. not bad. it may take a while to get going though. I have seen the same thing you are talking about in malls just like you said. they have a stand and sell their sketches for a buck or two. so i think you could try it. good luck!
