Does this sound like a good recipe?

I've been researching crockpot BBQ'd meat for sandwiches. This is what I came up with.

Put 4 frozen chicken b*****s into the crockpot with a can of beer(i'll use coors light as it's what I've got) and cook on high until cooked and shreddable. Then I will drain most of the beer out and replace with BBQ sauce and seasonings and heat until flavors mix. Does this sound like it'd be good? I know chicken cooked with a beer can inside is yummy, and I also know beer and BBQ taste good. What do you think?

i think it sounds great the chicken will be very moist and easily shredded, mmmmmm yummy

I hate beer but love to cook with it - it sounds great to me!!

I think you can easily overcook chicken breast- its not the kind of meat that stays moist the longer you cook it. I would use just thighs or legs, or dont cook it for a long time. Beer is nice, if you are keen on the chicken b*****s still, mix the beer and the bbq sauce + seasonings at the beginning, cook the b*****s until just fully cooked, remove from the sauce shred and stir it back into the sauce just to reheat and flavour the meat. That would be rad! : ) Thighs would work the best tho
