I've been researching crockpot BBQ'd meat for sandwiches. This is what I came up with.Put 4 frozen chicken b*****s into the crockpot with a can of beer(i'll use coors light as it's what I've got) and cook on high until cooked and shreddable. Then I will drain most of the beer out and replace with BBQ sauce and seasonings and heat until flavors mix. Does this sound like it'd be good? I know chicken cooked with a beer can inside is yummy, and I also know beer and BBQ taste good. What do you think?
