Does this sound like a good way to solve 2 of the worlds problems at once??

to solve the problem of obesity and the energy problem:

take all the obese people trying to lose weight and pay them to ride a bicycle(attached to an electric generator) and allow them to lose weight and power the earth at the same time

its foolproof

love it. i have been wondering for years why those gyms the townies use to work out dont generate.

we have been doing it for years at free festivals. bike powered sound systems woohoo!!!

the problem with energy, is that it  has to be available when needed.  when you turn on a light, the power is coming right from the plant, not from a battery.

so when you turn on a light,  youd have to wake up some fat guy.

I think it's a great idea.  Just install some batteries like this one around the country

Everyone could contribute, prisoners, fat people, cardio people etc.  I think it would be motivating.
