I eat 1,000 calories or less a day.I work out 45 minutes or more.
I check calories of everything.Sometimes if I eat too much I make myself throw up,but I haven't done that in a while.
It's almost like I'm scared to eat food.I'm scared that I will gain weight.I think I'm fat,so I am losing weight.When I look in the mirror,I don't see anything but fat.I drink a ton of water,and I eat low-cal foods.
I need to lose 15 pounds by november.So my other question is how can I do it healthily.What foods can I eat.I'm tired of my eating habits because all I ever think about is food.What to eat next..My habits control my life.I'm sick of it.
