Does this sound like my hand is fractured?

I have a Palm tree outside of my house that I was trimming back. I was placing the fonds I removed in the a trash can and one stuck me. The point of the fond leaf stuck my left hand on the top by the knuckles. I noticed at work that night that my hand was hurting where it had poked me. I opened the cut where the fond point stuck me and puss and a small pointy end of the fond came out of my hand. I cleaned it up with peroxide and didn't think anything of it. The next morning my middle finger feels like it is broken. I cannot bend my finger all the way and it hurts really bad. I am curious if it might have poisoned my joints or without me knowing it I might have broke my finger or something. I need help guys so please some real answers. my hand is swollen and it is close to where the fond point came out. but like I said I removed all the puss and blood the night before. It has been three days now and when I wake up in the morning my hand hurts really bad and is swollen.

I think you hould see a doctor,you'd know if it was broken,it might be fractured
