for breakfast at like 8:00 i had half a package of porageat one for lunch i had a chicken grill from A&W on my break.. i think it has like 9 grams of fat3:30 i had a low fat pudding 90 caloriesand a bowl of trailmixlike 4:00 i had this candy thing i forget what its called.. like real fruit juice rasberry thingdinner i had a chicken breast corn and ricean hour after dinner i had like a twelve minute runthen i had a few more bites of corn and riceis this alot for a fifteen year old?i also went for like a 12 minute run... of running an average running pacei weigh between 110-120should i eat way less?
