Does this sound nice?

Question

i am going to fry some garlic in oil add some red onions and sweat gently and add these to a casserole, i am going to brown off some lamb in the pan and season and add to the casserole, the to the casserole i am going to add a tin off chopped tomatos potatos, carrots, peppers, either white wine or port as i dont have no red wine possibly some chicken stock and some bay leafs

this is to use ingreiants up what do you think, or what would you make

mmm sounds delicious, i would go with white wine (i would use some chicken broth if u didnt have white wine) make sure to let simmer for at least 25 mins and maybe one big bay leaf or two very small (becuase they re so strong u dont want it to take over the entire taste of the meals ) everything in moderation makes for a variety of delicious flavors

Sounds nice but I would avoid using lamb with chicken stock; I'm not sure that would go.
