Does this taste nice?

I was wondering about 'coconut milk and rice'. I've heard it mentioned a couple times on tv and always wondered what its like.. And also do they mean the rice is cooked in coconut milk??

Coconut Rice is wonderful to go with asian meals.

You can either add coconut milk to the rice and boil it or for much lower fat option just add a few drops of coconut esscenes to the water and cook your rice as normal
