Does this watch have a battery or is it manual??

I was just given the Gucci 102G Ladies YA102501 watch for my birthday. the manual it comes with talks about winding up the watch, etc. However, the manual seems a wee bit generic and does not seem to be specifically for this particular watch. any ideas if this watch has a battery? if so, i need to return it to the store as it is not working!
