  2. Nothing is free nowadays,,,,,

useually a couple of pounds,,,,and you have to hand them back after the flight...

  3. £3 per headset.

  4. Short answer is no.

Long(er) answer is that why would they give you something for free?  This is all part of their money making ventures, as soon as you, the passengers are on their plane (or any plane to be fair) then you are their captive audience and therefore it's their jobs to get you to buy things from them... if they gave you them for free they would loose out big style!

  5. Ask them, You have paid for it

  6. No they charge you same as everyone else...most now have the 2 inlets (Stereo) to try and stop you using your own heaphones but if you push your standard set in you'll notice it only come through 1 ear but if you pull the pin out slightly it will come out of both :) little cheat for ya .

  7. I think you'll find love, that nothing is free in life, it always has to be funded by means of taxes, or companies turnover. All the money comes out of our wallats somewhere down the line.

The Aeroplanes will usually have a 2 prong fitting, to connect your headphones in, so therefore they will require a set of earphones with a special plug on the end.

You can purchase a special adaptor to enable you to se your own headphones, have a look on ebay perhaps.

  8. They only usually supply them free on long haul flights. If not they are about £3 - £4, If you do buy them, save them for the next time you fly and save your money, the are the same for most aircraft. :-)
