Does tickling a baby harm or hurt it?

i have a 3 month old and i heard tickling babies might hurt them or make them stutter in the future...is this true?

if u tickle ur baby lightly, like under there chin and armpits but thats it probably

Tickling them for a long time could make them uncomfortable - some people hate to be tickled because someone tickled them too much.

If you tickle let it be for a short time and gently. That should not hurt the child any.

ok..... it will not but in india people says when child laugh much than it will cry much" so dont do too much tickling.
