  2. Depending on where you live they should have up to 10mbps. or more in some areas. 1.5mbps is what they started at years ago for both cable and dsl.

  3. The company does. Whether the infrastructure in your area supports it is another question. You need to ask your local cable company this question. It will vary by locations.
