  1. Time passes. Think about it for ten seconds and you'll understand. If time did not pass, and all moments in time existed at once, with us merely passing through them...I just can't put into words how silly that seems to me. All points in time would exist for eternity....and that would mean I still exist as a baby, and a toddler, and a young child, and a p*****n, et cetera....SILLY!

Time is a human construct.  We experience time in different ways.  Hours and minutes are simply divisions of daylight (from sunup til next) determined by scientists and discoverers many years ago.  Without the idea of time, we would still notice changes of seasons, etc., but without attaching artificial limits ("It happened at 1:25pm November 16, 2003...")
