I was obsessed with keeping myself fit so I would jog for like an hour and a half or sometimes even 2 hours every single day n then it was all good for the first week but then i kinda started noticing i couldn't sleep like ised to, i had no energy left in me to n my hair started falling out but people did compliment me on my body but my face didn't have that glow anymore n i looked pale n my period came like 20 days late. I might have been anorexic or close to it. But all that was like last year, but do you ever get carried away with working out? and is it a lot if you run for an hour every single day? i know this question belongs in the diet n fitness section but I didn't wanna post it there cause I like it here and their answers are not thorough n nobody answers me there lol
