Does toothpaiste help burns from hot water?

Never heard of that one before.  My mom always put ice on for a couple of minutes, or ran under cool water.

It cools it down temporarily. If it's a severe burn, a blister is inevitable. I'd get a burn medicine and then go see a doctor.
