Does toothpaste get rid of spots?

I no for a fact that getting your spots dry helps them go away ,

and toothpaste helps them get dry

So see if i put toothpaste on my spots at night and wash my face with warm water in the morning , will it help ? ?

  1. No it really stings and it doesn't even work--- i tried it.


  2. i heard that if you put toothpaste on ur spots of pimples it will dry them out and sooner or later they'll go away..

    you should just try it and see if it works!

  3. it helps, but be careful.  toothpaste doesn't make the zit vanish, it just dries it up so that its easier to pick off later.  however, you probably will have at least a little temporary scarring, and it gets really tempting to pick it off too early, which will definitely cause scarring.

  5. I've tried that and it worked for me, but my friend tried it and it didn't

    work for her.  Every person is different, so I say just give it a shot.
