  1. It didn't help me even though I only have mild spots, and apparently its bad because it dries out your skin so I wouldn't recommend it.

  2. It sometimes does. It just depends on the pimple. Be sure to only dab a little bit of the white minty kind on the pimple - never use it as a mask.

You'd be better off taking one Vitamin E and one Vitamin A before bed each night, and drinking at least 3 tall glasses on water throughout the day (one before bed!). It gets all the c**p washed out of your system, and can improve your skin condition. Or dab a bit of peroxide on the pimple, or a mixture of baking soda and water. Cover it with a good foundation - one that has lots of water and doesn't clog pores, and you should be good to go!

  3. Alright flip the tube over. Does it say where and when to apply it to your acne? No. Why? It's not for acne it's for teeth and anyone whose used it and had success = lucky. Most people or many wind up burned and in worse shape.

Stick to products tested and formulated for your skin and face.

Use acne fight products twice a day (Wash, toner and spot cream)

and you should see some results.
