Do they have access to Americans background, criminal records or things of that sort?

  1. I  think the Caribbean laws vary but are similar to the USA laws. When you enter their country, they have access to your background through your passport. If you are a criminal they will know. They will detain you and notify the USA. They won't let you enter their country.
