  2. whats your question, if you want to know how, go into BIOS when pc turns on usually press delete button when prompted, you wouldnt need to do this if your computer is well ventilated and is free of dust... which are fixable

  3. Have you tried using compressed air to "dust" out the computer case, especially the fins of the heatsink underneath the CPU fan? That layer of dust is a blanket that's trapping the heat in. Clean that out and keep your computer in a well-ventilated area (not stuffed in a closed-off cabinet). I don't put the sides back on my computers, so they can get better airflow. If you must put it back in a cabinet, leave the side off.
