Does using government resources make you a Democrat?

I think  everyone uses government resources of some kind.

Naw.  Its all about intent.  My step father, who is conservative but I dont think party affiliated I remember one time we were talking about unemployment benefits.  He said ive worked for about 30 years and never taken a dime of anything like unemployment or anything else.

He said for once they can help me out a little.  He was drafted when he was 18 into the Vietnam war and served but never even took a va loan and I dont think he even used GI Bill money or anything like that. im not sure if they had that then or not.

I could hear what he was saying but also see on his face that he really hated being on any benefits like that.

He had been laid off from his job and hated to have to take unemployment benefits. He had another job shortly.  Not all programs are bad if they arent abused.

No, abusing them does. Either that or a major corporation!
