Not for me.  I do this when I my kids are in school or when everyone else is in bed.  I don't sleep much so I have time to do this.  I only sleep about 3 hrs a night.  So I have plenty of time to catch up on the news and do this.

No I know how to limit myself. I am only using internet when I have private time, down time or the children are asleep.

Not really. My kids ceremoniously dumped me about twelve months ago when they reached 11 and 7 . They think my ideas of 'fun' are rubbish and prefer to do their own thing.

I'm on here a lot but not for long periods except maybe some weekend nights.

My husband has the telly all to himself, my daughter is listening to her I-pod and my son is transforming his transformers. I ain't missed!!!

No, because I do it at work... which effects my work time :)!!
