I have used my webcam frequently for chatting.  My partner knows I chat with guys so I can see with whom I am talking.  I've even seen their bodies.  My rule is simple, I'll look at anything you show me, only if you decide you want to show it to me.  I've been caught using the webcam where the guy at the other end is masturbating.  In this house, it isn't considered cheating.  Cheating would be if I went out to his house and ... with him.

The parameters of acceptable behaviour in a relationship are defined by the members of that relationship, and no one else.

So, we can't give you an answer, other than whether we in *our* relationships would consider it cheating.

If it upsets your partner, u should not do it--OR u will end up with no partner and the webcam people usually wont be around then
